My Dad and I visited Chilean Patagonia before Thanksgiving. After flying into Puerto Natales we stayed at Rio Serrano Hotel which was fantastic. The food was great, they even had guanaco on the menu, it was a bit gamey but not bad. The views from the property were unbelievable and they have an indoor pool. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
As part of the trip the hotel organized multiple trekking days for us. The highlight for me was the 13 mile hike to the French Valley in the Torres Del Paine National Park. Our weather was great, not nearly as windy as people warned me about.

We had a great trip, there was so much to do that I would happily go back again.
